fantastic man magazine is a source we like to reference from time to time. it’s more sophisticated ( and more pretentious ) than any of it’s piers. we find comfort in the commonality.

Second in our series of anti-stress tips is ‘Relaxation Essence’ by Dutch naturopath JAN DE VRIES. It contains a number of essential oils such as impatiens, mullein, dandelion, mimulus, elm, aspen, oak, horn bean, bluebell and vervain. When five drops are added to a glass of water and the water consumed, a distinctly calming effect is obtained without completely obliterating one’s work ethic. One FANTASTIC MAN editor found it particularly effective during a recent production period.
